All signs manufactured by Plastic Republic Ltd are bespoke or made to order and we take great pride in delivering excellent items that you should be delighted with.
In the event of a problem with your order or any missing parts, you need to contact us within 48 hours of receipt.
We will send out any missing parts as quickly as possible for you.
If a product has suffered transit damage we will repair /replace the product for you. We may need some photo evidence or ask you to send the original back to us.
Please note that bespoke / made to order items are exempt from the Consumer Credit Act and do not qualify for the 14 day refund option.
Individual house numbers may be accepted for return in some circumstances. They need to be packaged in a particular way to avoid any transit damage. You must contact us prior to returning an item and you will be given an RMA with full instructions .
Return postage costs are met by the customer.
If we have made a mistake with your order we will remake it for you ASAP.
If there is a problem with your colour choices / spelling mistakes etc. we can remakethe separate parts for you at a lower cost to ensure you get the sign that you really want.
