Delivery
Processing Time
The processing time for most products is up to 10 working days (Mon - Fri excluding Bank Holidays). Some products such as LED lit signs and the Sorrento house sign are more complex to manufacture and take longer to process. Please see individual product pages for details.
After processing, items are packaged in bespoke packing to minimize any possible transit damage.
UK Posting options
UK Royal Mail first class £3.99 - 1 -2 working days after processing time.
UK Royal Mail Recorded £5.50 - 1 -2 workings days after processing time. This service is not tracked but is proof of posting and requires a signature on delivery. This option will be used for LED lit signs.
UK Mainland courier service* - tracked service next day delivery after processing time. £14.99
Next day tracked courier service will be used for products that are larger than the Royal Mail services allow for (longer than 600mm). This service will require a valid telephone number and will need to be signed for on delivery. We will contact you for this information if it hasn't been supplied. *Destinations in Highlands and Irelands wil be subject to paying the additional courier charge. Please contact us for an up to date price.
EU Posting options
EU Royal Mail Standard £5.99 - 3 - 5 working days after processing time
EU Royal Mail Tracked £14.99 - 3 - 5 working days after processing time. This service is fully tracked and requires a signature on delivery.
Any item with a value above £50.00 will be sent via courier. Please contact us for an up to date price and delivery time prior to ordering. We will need a telephone number to pass to the courier.
ROW Posting options
All items will be sent via courier. Please contact us for an up to date price and delivery time prior to ordering. We will need a telephone number to pass to the courier.
We do not pay any duty applicable to products sent overseas.
Non Delivery
If your items is not with you ten working days after the last despatch date please contact us and we will endeavour to trace it. If it cannot be traced we will remake the order to the original design. We do not offer a refund if the item is lost.
It is up to the customer to check that the delivery address is correct on our confirmation email. If the address was incorrect we must wait for the item to be returned to us (which cannot be guaranteed) before resending it to a correct address. If the item does not get returned to us we are under no obligation to remake the order.
