The processing time for most products is up to 10 working days (Mon - Fri excluding Bank Holidays). Some products such as LED lit signs and the Sorrento house sign are more complex to manufacture and take longer to process, up to 20 working days. After processing, items are packaged in bespoke packing to minimize any possible transit damage.

If your items is not with you ten working days after the last despatch date please contact us and we will endeavour to trace it. If it cannot be traced we will remake the order to the original design. We do not offer a refund if the item is lost. It is up to the customer to check that the delivery address is correct on our confirmation email. If the address was incorrect we must wait for the item to be returned to us (which cannot be guaranteed) before resending it to a correct address. If the item does not get returned to us we are under no obligation to remake the order.
